YoPT-Refreshing Days 2024
Refresher, supervision, intervision and networking with YoPT colleagues.
Immersion Days 2024:
- PART ONE A & B: Working with the chakras and basic needs, working with pranayama and energy.
- PART TWO: Working with the ego-states, inner-child healing, transformation of anger, fear, self-loss and inner critic.
- PART THREE: Incorporating meditation and hypno-yoga into the psychotherapy process, working with the ‘superconscious’.
- PART FOUR: Trauma-YoPT, working with deep dissociations.
